We want you to love your LOVALL pieces, but if something isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have their original tags attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact and the return slip is included inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Generate and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then drop off your package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
